Uno dei titoli più attesi al New York Film Festival è senza dubbio la commedia scritta e diretta dal bravo Mike Mills dal titolo 20th Century Women, con un cast al femminile tutto da applausi e molto atteso al varco della critica internazionale per eventuali scossoni in più di una categoria Oscar.
Ebbene, oggi nell'evento "Centerpiece" della kermesse newyorkese la comedy ambientata nell'America degli Anni 70 dai grandi cambiamenti sociali e culturali raccontati attraverso gli occhi di un disfunzionale rapporto madre-figlio, ha aperto i battenti alla stampa, con larghissimi applausi al gran cast al completo, ma soprattutto alle straordinarie Annette Bening e Greta Gerwig, sempre più vicine ad una candidatura ai prossimi Oscar.
Ce la farà la Bening a ricevere una quinta Nomination alla statuetta nonostante la competizione feroce?
