A vincere a sorpresa il riconoscimento al Miglior Film è stato Elle di Paul Verhoeven ce si porta a casa anche il premio alla Miglior Attrice Protagonista a Isabelle Huppert in vista degli Oscar di questa domenica.
Vincitore morale Xavier Dolan e il suo protagonista Gaspard Ulliel che si aggiudicano rispettivamente Miglior Regia e Montaggio e Miglior Attore Protagonista per il canadese Juste la fin du monde.
