La Art Directors Guild ha da poco annunciato le nomination del 2017 legate al meglio del cinema e della televisione nel campo della scenografia; il sindacato di Hollywood ha difatti confermato nelle sue scelte molti dei titoli già in lizza per una candidatura all’Oscar.
Suddivise in tre categorie (Fantasy, Period e Contemporary), le categorie cinematografiche e televisive sono dominate da titoli come The Shape of Water, L’ora più buia, Assassinio sull’Orient Express, La bella e la bestia e Blade Runner 2049. Assente nella sezione Period Il filo nascosto.
I vincitori saranno annunciati durante la cerimonia di premiazione presso il Ray Dolby Ballroom a Los Angeles il prossimo 27 Gennaio.
