La critica cinematografica dello stato dell’Oklahoma ha incoronato, come accaduto in North Carolina, l’acclamato dramma A24 Minari scritto e diretto da Lee Isaac-Chung, che si porta a casa a che il riconoscimento per l’attrice non protagonista Youn Youh-Jung.
Continua imperterrita la scalata di Chloé Zhao come regista per Nomadland, che si porta a casa anche le menzioni come attrice protagonista (Frances McDormand) e sceneggiatura non originale; due premi di peso a Sound of Metal, che domina nelle categorie attoriali maschili (Riz Ahmed e Paul Raci):
