L’associazione dei critici cinematografici dello stato federale dello Utah ha incoronato Minari di Lee Isaac-Chung come film dell’anno, ma ottimi i risultati li hanno ottenuti anche One Night in Miami e Nomadland.

Regina King, al suo debutto dietro la macchina da presa, si porta a casa il riconoscimento alla regia, mentre il suo interprete di supporto Leslie Odom Jr. è il miglior attore non protagonista. Tra gli altri premiati, Riz Ahmed, Frances McDormand e Maria Bakalova.
