Un Oscar non è solo per attori, registi e tecnici del settore, anche per cantanti. Non va sottovalutata infatti la categoria della miglior canzone originale, spesso bandiera della pellicola stessa. Lo scorso anno ha trionfato senza rivali City Of Stars di Justin Hurwitz, da La La Land, e quest’anno sembrano già ben chiari i nomi che dovrebbero approdare alla cinquina.
Gli Oscar hanno però rilasciato un mix di 70 titoli, tutti con i requisti richiesti per potersi qualificare alle nomination che verranno annunciate alla fine di Gennaio. Tra loro troviamo lo splendido brano di Mudbound, interpretato da Mary J. Blige, “Mighty River”, nonché il ben quotato brano di Chiamami col tuo nome, “Mystery Of Love”.
