Producers Guild Award, vince ‘Nomadland’ e diventa il favorito statistico verso gli Oscar

La Producers Guld of America ha svelato i vincitori dell’edizione 2021; nel campo cinematografico, trionfo quasi annunciato per Nomadland di Chloé Zhao, che diventa il favorito statistico per l’Oscar al miglior film, segue Soul come produzione animata e My Octopus Teacher tra i documentari.

Nel settore televisivo, vittorie annunciate per The Crown, Schitt’s Creek e la miniserie La regina degli scacchi.

Il sindacato dei produttori cinematografici e televisivi è l’unico, oltre all’Academy, ad utilizzare il sistema di voto preferenziale per determinare il vincitore come miglior produzione cinematografica; per questo motvo chi vince ai PGA ha un’ottima chance di ripetere agli Oscar.
