Critics’ Choice Awards, tutte le nomination

Ai 28° Critics’ Choice Awards, i premi assegnati al meglio del cinema dell’anno dalla Critics’ Choice Association, sono ben 14 le nomination ottenute da Everything Everywhere All At Once di Daniel Kwan e Daniel Scheinert; segue con 11 candidature The Fabelmans di Steven Spielberg, a ruota Elvis con 10 e Gli spiriti dell’isola con ben nove menzioni.

Molto interessante la presenza del kolossal indiano RRR tra gli undici candidati al miglior film (la regola ne prevede 10, ma sono undici lungometraaggi presenti in categoria per via di un ex-aequo), che ottiene anche menzioni agli effetti speciali e alla canzone originale. 

I Critics’ Choice Awards, negli ultimi anni, sono stati sempre più predittivi dei risultati degli Oscar in termini di candidature e vittorie rispetto ai “cugini” internazionali dei Golden Globes, organizzati dalla Hollywood Foreign Press Association.

I vincitori verranno svelati il prossimo 15 gennaio in una cerimonia di premiazione che si terrà a Los Angeles:
