Il circolo della critica cinematografica di New York ha incoronato Una battaglia dopo l’altra di Paul Thomas Anderson il miglior film del 2025. Il lungometraggio si porta a casa anche il riconoscimento per il miglior attore non protagonista, assegnato a Benicio De Toro.
Miglior attrice protagonista è Rose Byrne per If I Had Legs, I’d Kick You, attrice di supporto l’iconica Zia Gladys interpretata da Amy Madigan in Weapons, mentre Wagner Moura è il miglior attore per L’agente segreto. Miglior regia a Jafar Panahi per Un semplice incidente.
